Finite element analysis provides theoretical proof, but you want your design tried-and-true before your first production run. We prototype and life-test early in the design process. Ease of use, efficiency of core functions, impact resistance, safety and long-term durability - we create programs to test every aspect of your design. And we're happy to go back to the drawing board if a flaw is identified.

Case Study - Waveblade

Waveblade is a sports massage tool that is engineered to improve recovery, support optimal movement, and enhance performance.
This client came to us with a predesign concept and DeepDish Engineering was engaged to engineer and prototype the product as well as to get costings to manufacture.
Within 3 months, we had designed and prototyped a working unit to be tested prior to production.
The client had the confidence to go to tooling with DeepDish Engineering and our manufacturing partner in China, where we visited the factory for off tool trials, along with the subsequent production setup and assembly.
The client was extremely happy as their first container arrived in Australia with the warranty rate well below expected forecasts.
